Visit their retail shop filled with handcrafted tableware, home furnishings, and gifts from around the world. Experience a guided tour of the decorated farmhouse and a video tour of the factory. (Located about an hour’s drive from Watkins Glen, on the east side of Cayuga Lake).
Decorated farmhouse tours are available 7 days a week: 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. They last about 45 minutes and begin in the gift shop. They are free, no reservations needed. Factory tours are video only, with the video running continuously from 10am-5pm, 7 days a week. Gift shop is open from 10am to 5pm.
